The Sun Thief #1 metal print by Jean Pacheco Ravinski.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Hello! And thank you to all the THOUSANDS of visitors to my Fine Art America online art gallery! Growing up in Needham, Massachusetts I was influenced by the paintings and illustrations of N. C. Wyeth who lived in Needham and donated the paintings he used for books and magazines to the Needham Public Library. They have a great collection of his artwork there now. This is where I would go to immerse myself in his artwork and the artwork of all the book illustrators. Ludwig Bemelmans became another of my favorites and so I became a watercolorist and muralist at an early age. I spent my high school years taking Saturday classes at Mass College of Art in Boston and spent quite a bit of time in the art department at Needham High School...
